GREENBUSH, N.Y. — You’re raising and selling local meat, but are you making a profit?

Learn marketing techniques and how to use the NEW Cornell Meat Pricing Tool to develop prices that deliver a profit in every channel from a workshop presented by Matt LeRoux, Extension Associate, Cornell University.

The workshop will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, starting at 7:00 P.M., at Cornell Cooperative Extension of Rensselaer County, 99 Troy Road, East Greenbush, NY 12061.

The cost of the workshop is $10 per person for residents of the CAAHP Team service area: Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady, and Washington Counties. For residents outside this area, the registration price is $15.
