BINGHAMTON, N.Y. — An exciting event awaits food enthusiasts in Broome County! Join the CCE Broome Commercial Kitchen at Women of Food: Celebrating Women-Owned Business summer cookout on Tuesday, August 15, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. The event will be held in the Cutler Botanic Garden, located at 840 Upper Front St, Binghamton. Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy delicious tastings, seasonal beverages, and live music, all while supporting the budding women entrepreneurs of Broome County’s vibrant food scene.
The cookout will showcase the talents of women chefs who operate their food businesses from CCE Broome’s Commercial Kitchen at the Broome County Regional Farmers Market. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to interact with this diverse group of women chefs and learn about their culinary journeys, challenges, and triumphs.

All proceeds from the event will support CCE Broome’s Commercial Kitchen and its ongoing operations, helping local entrepreneurs kickstart their food ventures with a solid foundation.
Admission is $40 per person and includes tastings from Sweetay’s LLC, Seoulful Food LLC, Boricua Soul Catering and Sweets, and Flaming Bag Catering, desserts from Jukebox Donuts and Sinfully Sweet, and beverages provided by Waterman’s Café and Tasting Barn.
