OKLAHOMA CITY — July 1, 2023 marks the opening of application submission for an Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) REAP Grant in SFY2024.
OWRB REAP Grant funding is for projects related to water and wastewater systems. Also:
- 7,000 or less in population
- $150,000 maximum per project per applicant
- No match requirement
Higher priority will be given to:
- Entities with a population fewer than 1,750
- Rural Water Districts with fewer than 525 non-pasture taps
- School districts with fewer than 525 students

All REAP Grant applications and any supporting documents ARE REQUIRED to be completed and submitted using the electronic REAP application process.

A REAP Grant application WILL NOT be placed on the REAP Grant priority list nor ranked until a COMPLETE APPLICATION AND ALL REQUIRED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION ARE RECEIVED BY OWRB.

SFY2024 OWRB REAP Grant key application dates:
July 1, 2023 – Beginning of Application Period.
September 1, 2023 – Application and all supporting documentation must be received electronically by OWRB by 5PM on Friday, September 1, 2023, to be considered for grant ranking.
