WATERTOWN, N.Y. — Cornell Cooperative Extension of Jefferson County will host a Seed, Scion, and Cutting Exchange on Saturday, February 12 from 10 am to 12 pm at the CCE office, 203 North Hamilton St., Watertown. Get ready for the spring planting season and take your pick of dozens of plant species including native trees and wildflowers. We have over 200 free packets of locally collected seeds. The event will include an educational session on seed saving.
Attendees are encouraged to bring seeds, scions, and cuttings to trade with others. Seeds should be packaged in small envelopes and labeled with the plant species and variety.
