CCE Equine, a division of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Saratoga County, was established in 2006 through funds provided by the New York Farm Viability Institute. The pro-gram was created due to the need for equine education for adults in Saratoga County. Since then, CCE Educators have reached out to clientele in surrounding counties in the Capital Region and Beyond.
