BROOMFIELD, Colo. — The Division of Plant Industry, Pesticides Program is hosting a stakeholder engagement meeting on proposed rulemaking topics for 2023.
Topics include:
Pesticides Applicators’ Act
- Certification provision changes to conform with federal requirements
- Pesticide Sensitive Registry components from SB23-266
Pesticide Act
- Neonicotinoid Limited Use designation
We would like your feedback on these proposed rule changes. Feedback collected through email is considered informal feedback intended to help formalize the draft rule language. If you would like your comments in the formal record you must testify during the formal Rules hearing. Please submit your comments by August 29, 2023, at 5 p.m. for consideration. Both Draft Rules will be posted on our main Pesticides webpage prior the meeting on August 29, 2023.
