SALEM, Ore. — Periodically, ODA needs to update the hemp program rules. One of the first steps is to hold a rules advisory committee (RAC) meeting with a draft of proposed changes. These meetings are open to the public but only invited RAC members can speak. The draft that we will be discussing on August 22nd from 9:30 am to 11:30 am includes creating a new license type, changes in violations, and other minor corrections.
