BELMONT, N.Y. — Come tour Harvey’s Maple, an organic operation in Canaseraga, NY, to learn about maintaining a healthy and sustainable sugar bush with Aaron Wightman, Statewide Maple Specialist and Co-Director of the Cornell Maple Program. Allegany County’s Natural Resources Conservation Service, Soil & Water Conservation District, and Cornell Cooperative Extension will also share resources that are available to assist local maple producers.
Please dress appropriately for walking on various terrain in fall weather conditions. Refreshments will be provided. We ask that you bring a lawn chair if you have one.
