WASHINGTON — USDA is in the process of implementing a new Federal Crop Insurance program designed to provide greenhouse growers an opportunity to insure against losses due to destruction orders based on detection of plant disease vectors. USDA is hosting public sessions to introduce the program to interested parties and answer any questions you may have.
