Topsoil moisture supplies were 0 percent very short, 0 percent short, 38 percent adequate, and 62 percent surplus. Subsoil moisture supplies were 0 percent very short, 1 percent short, 50 percent adequate, and 49 percent surplus.

In Delaware, there were 3.0 days suitable for fieldwork. Topsoil moisture supplies were 0 percent very short, 0 percent short, 53 percent adequate, and 47 percent surplus. Subsoil moisture supplies were 0 percent very short, 0 percent short, 51 percent adequate, and 49 percent surplus.
